Hi, Im new to this site and I hope I can get the support here that I really need. I had my gastric bypass feb 17 2001 and had lost 140 lbs. It was a great success. I was in the best shape of my life. But my life has also changed alot since then. I have moved, started a family I have 2 girls 2 years and 9 months. and Im now a stay at home mom. The gym is far away and memberships are just not in our budget. I use to spend 12 hrs a week at the gym, spin classes kick boxing you name it. Seems like all that is forever away. I gained back 65 lbs and Im so depressed. I know my children are worth it and they are healthy but now Im not. and I have forgotten how to strictly go by the rules. I can pretty much tolerate anything now which sucks . getting sick kept me in line. Im 40 years old now and from all those years of squats lundges and running my knees have really taken a beating and the extra weight does not help. so any one out thier who can relate and give me some advise. Im open to it. Thanks to all reading and God bless you all

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
