I haven't ridden my bicycle since surgery last August, but even at my highest weight I was still able to do it (yes, I am a determined woman.) After losing 135 pounds, well, today I brought out my trusty old friend and I could not ride it (or I was afraid). I felt so wobbly - I'm assuming it is the change in weight and I will have to learn to ride again. Anyone else have this happen to them? I was so disappointed since this is something that I was looking forward to. It has been delayed because my back has been very bad but now that it's stronger I was thinking I would just hop back on the bike. Not so - I'm 50 years old and am not ready to give up my bike. Any advice would be appreciated.
