2 months ago before i had the rny i was 245 lbs, i lost down to 238 before my sugery and i know it was only about 3 weeks ago but i wonder if i'm not losing fast enough. i'm down to between 210 and 215, people say that can see the change, but i don't, and sometimes i feel like maybe i'm eating too much, even though as anyone that has had the surgery knows at this point you don't eat more than 1/2 a cup at a time and i'm eating what the doc has said to eat and not more than 3 or 4 times a day as he suggested so that i can get in all the protein i need. i feel like i should have come down more by now, has anyone else had this problem and have i lost a normal amount at this point or not enough? any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
