Ok, so yeah I've lost a hundred pounds at 6months out. GREAT! I'm super happy about that but I'm worried that I have screwed up or something. I'm at about 8 months out now and I eat up to 2cups of food at one meal. I'm not sure how much I should be eating...my nutritionist says she will not tell me how much I should be eating and to listen to my body. I never eat till I'm uncomfortable or over-full and I don't make myself sick or anything but seriously I can eat a lot of food (so it seems). I can eat two pieces of pizza hut pizza....that seems crazy to me. BUt yet other times I have barely a cup of food on my plate and cannot finish. I have lost 5 pounds since the beginning of Jan and have been stuck at 167-172 for most of that time. I'm just really worried. Is this a normal amount of food to eat at this point? What is normal for any of you responding? Is it possible I stretched out my pouch and didn't know it? Should I start measuring my food again? Thanks for any advice ....
