Well Thursday will be a month out for me! I have a Dr appointment that day ,so I eill know what I've lost this far. As of 2 weeks out ,I had lost 16#'s & felt great! I got back to water exercises this week & walk everyday too! Feel so good about doing that. Clothes are getting pretty baggy now & in to some things I couldn't get into before( a real good feeling there!) I DO have so much more energy then before also, an I'm already off of 2 of my pills, an working on more! Hope you all have a great week & keep up the good work, everyone!! GB & take care......Shari
