Now that I am 9 mos out from my surgery, I am having some old habits come back. I have been on a 3 month plateu-- mostly my fault as I have been not motivated to exercise. I am trying to get myself motivated again, but find my self snacking on bad foods like crackers or chips. And I have been having such a hard time with candy! I dont want to waste my surgery and am not sure if my head is trying to sabotage me!! I dont know how to change this in myself! I need to be under 200 before November and now I am at 208... Im scared that I am not going to lose anymore. Any advice?
