Hello all, I check in a couple times a week but I haven't posted in ages. Here's my question to those of you who are a little ways out. I had my surgery January 5th so I'm about 7 1/2 months out. I've done pretty good with my weight loss - I'm down 95 pounds but here's the thing... my weight loss has slowed so much Ive only lost about 5 pounds per month for the past two months and Im fighting tooth and nail for those! I find I can eat allot more and I catch myself snacking bad at night. However, Ive done excellent with working out still hitting the gym several times a week. Is this slow down to be expected? I feel like Im stuck and Im getting worried I wont ever hit the 100 pounds lost or onederland. Any tips or suggestions??
