I have my 6 week check up with my doctor tomorrow. I am looking forward to the 4 hour road trip from my home in Mississippi to St. Francis Hospital in Memphis so that I can visit with Dr. Weaver for the frist time following my surgery. I will also see my Dietician to see what changes might be instore for my diet. My weight loss has been wonderful as I have lost 50 lbs in 6 weeks, but I am sure alot of that was water weight , being 458 when I had surgery I did have swelling in my legs ,feet, hands, face est.est that I no longer have, I would like to know how much of the weight loss has been fat instead of water, anybody have a clue how to figure that one out? Well I do know I feel so much better already and look forward to the changes that come day by day.
