I need help with this plan i really want to try this the problem is on day 5 it has chicken beef and such. I have not been able to tolerate any meat except tuna fish out of can. What can i do to use in place of this stuff? Please help. I'm actually 9 yrs post op and "forgot" i even had WlS so all i eat is smooth things like choc and crunchy like chips and i've gained @20lbs also i have PCOS and panic and anxiety which all have contribute to weight gain. Thanks for your help. Also can you use slim fast or those "Breakfast" mix drinks on days 1 and 2??
