I am 4 1/2 weeks out of my surgery and down 45.5 lbs and up until now have not had any food intolerances or trouble with the stages of food to eat. I just started "real food" on Friday and have gotten sick twice since then. It's not even different solid food that is making me sick. The other day I ate me a bite of tuna and instantly got sick and felt completely better after that. This morning I made me a bite of scrambled eggs with egg beaters and same thing, after one bite and instantly got sick. I've eaten both of these foods when I was on the pureed stage and never got sick. I even tried drinking a sip on my protein shake that I have been drinking since returning home from the hospital and felt sick. Any suggestions on what might be causing this?
