3 months out and my birthday

Well I'm 3 months out and so far i lost 70lbs and feel great but still can't do fluids but trying hard.I go in am for my doctors appointment to see how my labs are and hear how things are changing for me.well today i turned 44 years old and this is my gift to my self a healthy me and really wouldn't it any other way.

It was my birthday March 23 which was 11 days after my surgery last year.
Living well really is the best gift of all.

wow you are doing good !!! I am at 5 months next week and still working on the last 4 pounds to hit my 70 by my 50th bd on wednesday !!! Will be under 200 and that is MY BIG goal !! so you are rocking !!! Good job !!

    I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...
