I am two and a half months out from open surgery, and feel ok from it, there has been off and on issues, not a far along on eating as I should be, doctors said some people take a lot longer then others, I have lost 60lb so far so I can put up with taking the eating thing slow, but now have a new symptom going on that is driving me crazy, 75% of the time I drink or eat my stomach feels like I swallowed a hand full of pop rocks, it is uncomfortable, and makes noise, grumbling and gurgle noises, lots of gas, burping over and over then later passing lots of wind. Some times it stays down other times I throw it all up or I should say throw up foam and slime, any help on how to handle this, And to top this off I need surgery on my shoulder for a torn rotator cuff and bone spurs, Doctor said I will be in a lot of pain after surgery for a couple of months or more, and would love to be able to eat with out the pop rock effect. Help!!

Hi I am new to this group. I had my surgery 1 1/2 years ago. I was doing well until I started a new job that requires sitting at a desk most of the day. Any helpful hints on how to refocus for weight loss?
I had my surgery one week ago today. Incision sights are still sore and I am still very bloated. Anyone else have these issues? I was hoping to feel better by now
