It's been a couple of weeks since I've been on the website, it's been crazy around here. I have lost 47lbs, and nothing more. It's been 2 months and 3 weeks since my surgery and I feel like I'm stuck. I had a minor set back with my exercising because I had an injured foot and couldn't do anything for two weeks, then I had to get ingrowns removed from my big toe on the other foot and that kept me down another week. I started exercising on Monday again and have every day since and I've only gained weight. I just feel like anything I try to do to lose weight, it works for a bit, then it quits working. I am only supposed to eat three meals a day, because they don't want us snacking, but I can't eat enough at one sitting to get all my protien in, so I have been eating two snacks inbetween my meals. I get about 60-70g of protein in per day, which is where my dr wants me to be. It's just frustrating to be working so hard and not see it on the scale. That's another thing, I can't quit obsessing about the stupid scale. I weigh when I get up, I weigh before I go to bed and I think that is just making everything even worse. Any advise or suggestions would greatly appreciated.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
