I am one year post last week and hit the 100 pound mark. SOOOOO Excited about it. Then this week, my wieght went up 1-2 pounds and I am freaking out!! I have had several plateaus through the year but want to lose another 40 pounds. I started exercising consistently and weight training on Memorial Day. Trying to curb my new snacking on pretzels and granola bar habit. Been reading about the 5 day test. Is it really something I need to do??? I want this to be a lifestyle change and sooo afraid of gainging weight back from horror stories. Why is this sooo hard for me to get this last 40 off?? THoughts/suggestions?? Did anyone out there lose weight after the year mark???
