I need help with how people get all their protein in, i only eat 2 times a day and i am supposed to eat 5 times a day. Also, i have not ben taking my calcium...oooopppsss!!!! Sometimes i wake up and i dont want to eat. I am hungry dont get me wrong, now eating is like a pain in the ass for me. I never know what i want to eat bc i dont know what i can and cannot eat. I know i will learn over time, but now eating is a pain. Maybe you guys can help me with some fun ideas on what your eating and how much protein is in them. I find it hard for me to get into a routine. But, i should mention that day by day i am becoming less regretful! which is good. Anyways, hope everyone is doing well and keeping up the good work!
