Just wanted to pop in to say thanks to everyone for all your warm welcomes and thoughts. This morning, I'm getting ready to go to the hospital. I'm both nervous and excited.
When I called my mom this morning, she referred to it as my new "birthday". Inspirational yes, but also somewhat cheesy! Haha! Anyways, I will be posting pics of my progress.
So far pre surgery I started at 354 lbs in August. As of this morning I am down to 338 lbs. Not bad so far, but I don't see any weight loss. Maybe it's because I am used to seeing that fat girl in the mirror that I don't see where I have trimmed down a bit.
Well, I will be thinking of all of you as I count back from 100 when I'm on the table!
Thank you so much for the welcomes, hugs and thoughts.
Love,
Sara

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Warmest wishes to you on a speedy recovery. Remember we're here for you!
