Just wondering if anyone has tried hypnotherapy and if it was positively helpful to reduce thoughts of gambling?
Also if anyone has been put one any medication to help and found it successful in stopping the obsessing about gambling?
Also anyone having individual psychotherapy has it helped at all?
How would you rate these comparitively with gamblers anonomous and self exclusion and sites like this.

This addiction has no cure. A GA meeting can answer all your questions, I sure can't! Not a doctor :) The 12 Step program is one to be taken slowly. I know we have all wished there was a pill, there's not. There is help. Admitting we have a problem that is out of our control is the 1st step. Take care.....
