Since being in recovery, I am trying to dig myself out of credit card debt but am having a difficult time. Does anyone have any suggestions? The amount of debt is pretty huge, I haven't missed any payments but am only able to make minimum since it is so huge. Some of the cards have high interest and when I called the cc company to see if they would lower they were not cooperative since I have so much cc debt. I have heard really bad stories about those credit card reduction companies so I was wondering if anyone had any real experienced advice on what to do.
