Has anyone found journaling to be helpful in overcoming their addiction? The reason I ask is because I have had one heck of a time journaling throughout my life. It just never seemed to help over the long term. However, recently I have been helped to understand that a life worth living is worth writing about. For some reason, things are coming together for me, and I find that I do not need to write much to find it helpful. I am wondering if others have experienced any of these things? If you had success with journaling, did it also help your healing from addiction as well?
