I believe my diet has been descent, not healthy but not extremly bad either. I want to improve my healthy eating habits but being a college student, my budget is limited and i'm not really an expert on cooking healthy food.
Lately, i've been feeling very out of it when it comes to soccer. We've had 2 practices this week already and I haven't had any motivation at both practices. I feel that i haven't been giving my best efforts at practice and it's extremely unfair to my team since they've been working extremely hard. I don't know whether i'm just tired or i'm starting to lose love for the game. I want to continue...
