So, there are these times, especially in the last year, where I have some things I COULD do, but I don't necessarily WANT to do them. Instead I think of the most convenient thing I want to do instead....take a wild guess...EAT SOMETHING! whether I classify it as snack, breakfast, lunch, dinner, or dessert, I know I am delaying the inevitability of doing something I don't feel like doing, which sometimes is everything except eat. What can be done?!
