Food Addiction Support Group
An individual suffering from a food addiction disorder frequently experiences episodes of uncontrolled eating, or binging, during which they may feel frenzied or out of control. They will eat much more quickly than is normal, and continue to eat even past the point of being uncomfortably full. Binging in this way is generally followed by a period of intense guilt feelings...
My therapist says the best thing I've ever done for myself is set up a STRUCTURE..day to day schedule..hour for hour..
I start my day with exercise, meditation, breakfast,work..lunch, work, dinner, meditation. If you are not working at this time, fill the gap for work with community service..the second best thing for not thinking about food is service to others...doing something for someone is a surefire way of getting us out of our heads..Hope it helps..
Structure your day. I love BB's advice about community service.
I can't wait until I can move enough to leave the house and find some way to help others.
