I was always given junk food as a kid to cheer me up. When I fell I was offered a cookie, candy or ice cream. Now suddenly I find myself doing the same thing with my three year old son. I will say if you eat all of your dinner you can have dessert. I have become so aware of what I am eating that I just realized I was doing this. I have decided to start offering other rewards such as stickers and playing his favorite game. Anyone else find themselves doing this or have any ideas for rewards?
