I read an article that stated that it takes 5 consecutive days of NO sugar for your body to re-regulate its insulin-burning mechanisms and that the first 3 days would be HELL, but after that it would start to get easier. I believe this article, but my question is: How do I get through those first three days? They seem so hard and the second anything happens that makes me stress even a tiny bit, I binge - but if I have nothing at all and I am bored, I binge too. What can I do to get myself through those three days? Please, I will try anything.
