Food Addiction Support Group
An individual suffering from a food addiction disorder frequently experiences episodes of uncontrolled eating, or binging, during which they may feel frenzied or out of control. They will eat much more quickly than is normal, and continue to eat even past the point of being uncomfortably full. Binging in this way is generally followed by a period of intense guilt feelings...

Has anyone heard of the diet pill slimquick? I know diet pills aren't great for long term healthy behavior but I heard someone say that they can help to curb your appetite. I was considering trying to take them to get my binging under control. Can anyone tell me anything about this product? Is it just another diet fad that will make me lose weight then gain it back twice as fast... or is it a product that may actually help? Thanks!

I think any of the diet pills that actually work are only short term, and you will gain back. There, unfortunately is no "quick" way to lose weight that works long term. That is why I am trying to be ok with it coming off slowly. Hard to do. There was a diet pill that worked, it's off the market now. I found a way to get it again, BUT it is dangerous AND I still binged even though it curbed my appetite b/c the binging is something with in us. Try to just eat healthy and work out, and let the weight come off slowly as it should. It will stay off if you do it that way and don't binge. (the problem I am having) I think also losing weight w/ out starving or taking diet pills would feel so great too. An accomplishment to be proud of. That's just my opinion though. Good luck. ;)

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
