There has been a lot of talk about how getting enough sleep helps lose extra pounds. I was surprised to read a study that showed how our brain is wired to eat when we are tired. Similar to our brain not knowing to drink instead of eat. All these chemical messages are important and are doing their job based on the trust that we are taking care of our basic needs first. So, I'm going to go take a nap!
