I'm wondering what advice people have for me regarding binging. I'm thinking of quitting cold turkey for 6 weeks. Part of me thinks that if I can just stop, then I will feel so much better, after 6 weeks, I'll havethe strength not to go back. Then the other part of me thinks that I'm just feeding my black and white thinking. If I quit, and then slip, will I end up getting worse? Is there any good way to do it, or is it an individual decision?
