Hey everyone. I am having a bit of a hard week for some reason. I just seem to be hungry all the time! I have done so well, I am on my 4 th week of not binging and 10 lbs lost. I am really afraid I am going to blow it this week though. It is my time of the month and I know that is not helping, but nothing that I eat seems to be satisfying me at all! I have ate really good and healthy, yet the BAD stuff is screaming for me to eat it! I have not giving in too bad, had half a cinnamon roll last night at work, but I just feel a bit weak today......Any suggestions??
