I think it was Oprah who said that recalling all the good things that happen to you from day to day can really help boosts your overall mood.
This morning I am feeling really good about the food situation so I wanted to celebrate via post!
Yesterday I had a yummy bowl of cereal for breakfast with some peanuts, chicken salad and a pear for lunch, and a scrumptious chicken wrap with broccolli for dinner. During The Hills, my roommates and I ate pudding and popcorn and I didn't go crazy with any of it all day! I actually focused on other more important things all day, it was amazing.
Anyone else have a good day yesterday? Or today for that matter?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. a while ago some of us made a list in our journals of all the things we liked about ourselves and our lives. it was good to acknowledge just how much there is and .... to have it to review when we get discouraged.
