Food Addiction Support Group
An individual suffering from a food addiction disorder frequently experiences episodes of uncontrolled eating, or binging, during which they may feel frenzied or out of control. They will eat much more quickly than is normal, and continue to eat even past the point of being uncomfortably full. Binging in this way is generally followed by a period of intense guilt feelings...
Went for a 10 mile walk.
Lunch was a slice of ww toast with Nutella and a 100 calorie pack of Doritoes.
As far as eating goes, I'm not even going to comment for today!!!! What a disaster it has been so far......weekends are the WORST for me.....
BREAK: sf/ff coco/taffee/coffee/latte, V8
SNACK: string cheese stick
LUNCH: deli meat from the inside of a cut up sub
SNACK: apple
DINNER: "legal" protien, veggies, fat
SNACK: NSA fudge pops
What I am happy about is that my overconsumption of fluids such as water has stopped. At least THAT addiction is under control now.
