An individual suffering from a food addiction disorder frequently experiences episodes of uncontrolled eating, or binging, during which they may feel frenzied or out of control. They will eat much more quickly than is normal, and continue to eat even past the point of being uncomfortably full. Binging in this way is generally followed by a period of intense guilt feelings...

Lean Cuisine mac and cheese for lunch (290 cal)
Jillian, hope you were strong at work. Know we are all with you.
Some veges (cauliflower, carrots and broccoli mixed) with melted cheese and some frozen fries fixed in the oven for dinner. Oh and a glass of milk.
choir practice tonight, so I won't really be around food.
Thankfully there was nothing on the table today and after a cup of tea, I felt settled and ate normal the rest of the day (so far).
B- cereal/tea. then those few stupid crackers with PB
L - salad and apple, tea
SN - pria bar
D - to come
90 min at gym with a post-work out drink
:) feeling back to normal
B - porridge
Sn - kiwifruit + yoghurt
L - toasted veg sandwich + coleslaw
Sn - apple + banana
D - Veg soup + slice toast
Sn - 2 lite choc chip cookies
After binging and feeling disgusting all week I woke up still a little bit bloated today but positive.
I am going to my first OA meeting tonight.
Am just starting to pull myself out of a really big hole that I fell into this week, but it doesn't seem so deep when I read all the support and encouragement from everyone here.
It was only yesterday that I really made the decision to get a grip on my life and get it all started out by joining this forum so today I just told myself to try and avoid binging on fluids as I kept doing it on water and it hurt... proud to say that at least that didn't happen so I don't feel as disgusted. However, still feel pretty horrified about the food.
Br - oatmeal
Lunch - turkey, corn, green vegetables, doughnut
Snacks (yeah, bad!) - 4 pears (okay, so I attempted to be healthy when they first came in), then I had a huge blueberry muffin, 2 snickers bars and 2 milky way bars...
I feel like a pig!
SNACK: string cheese
LUNCH: chili, cuke, grape tomatoes
SNACK: sf jello pudding cup
DINNER: chili, broc
SNACK: NSA fudge pops, 1/2 OFOM, 3T skim
Tomorrow is the 26ththat means it is weigh in morning!!!
