lunch WW fetucinni (300 cal)
snack 2 peices of choc. and a handful of candy corn
Dinner don't deserve anything, but am making tacos.
You're not eating THAT bady. It's not like you're binging. It may not be perfect in your mind, but to me it looks ok. :) hugs
SNACK: apple
LUNCH: chicken, broc
SNACK: sf jello pudding
DINNER: chicken burgers, "legal" veggies, "legal" fat
SNACK: NSA fudge pops, 1/2c OFOM, 3T skim milk
Breakfast- high protein crepe
Lunch- high protein meal bar
Dinner- beef and veg stew
Snack- square of dark chocolate.
I'm on the Atkins diet, it works for me when I let it.
B-crackers and pb
L-tuna and cheddar on whole wheat
D-salami and cheddar on roll
Can of Light Progresso soup
FF Jello Pudding
5 Reeses PB cups (mini Halloween ones)
Went to the gym for an hour +
I dont feel bad
