I guess I'm cheating by posting the night before. I'm just so excited to share some news. I've been binge-free for a week and have eaten really proportioned and healthy. I weighed myself for the 1st time in like 2 weeks and dropped 1.5 pounds. Then in the past couple days I got a free donut, piece of cake at school, & piece of banana bread from grandma. I had one tiny bite of each last night and then came home tonight and just threw out the rest. No regrets.
Ok..will post again when it's really Nov 7. Although I have to keep my head on straight - it's a 1/2 day in school and that can mean bad food in the teachers room. Please send me good thoughts.

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

I surprised myself at dinner, which was at an Italian restaurant. Got a salad to start and a kids order of pasta. Didn't even finish either. Wow. I realized I was full enough and didn't want to be pasta bloated. As I said...wow
