Food Addiction Support Group
An individual suffering from a food addiction disorder frequently experiences episodes of uncontrolled eating, or binging, during which they may feel frenzied or out of control. They will eat much more quickly than is normal, and continue to eat even past the point of being uncomfortably full. Binging in this way is generally followed by a period of intense guilt feelings...
And yes, you are absolutely right - recovery is definately comprised of many small victories, that's for sure. Tackle one thing at a time - and it sounds like you are doing a great job on that today!!!
One hour bike ride. Felt really good.
I did surrender to an English Toffee, but only one.
Planning spagetti for dinner. The last of the season's tomatoes.
I'm really glad I stopped BC. I've been happier and haven't had any cravings in a week. I've turned down candy and seconds really easily. Either it's the pill or me thinking it's the pill. Either way works.
TODAY
Ran in the Falmouth 7-mile road race and got an awesome time.
B- cereal/banana
L- pre-race powerbar - coffee after race
just got home and not really hungry - wow :)
Dinner at grandmas and this is usually bad - she's Italian and I'm in "celebration/tired" mood, but I think I can pull through tonight and only have one serving. I'm really wanting that to happen.
Followed by a 3 mile walk.
Amyuk, congratulations!! When that urge comes, we will be here for you.
