I've been SO busy this week I keep forgetting to come on here, let alone just check my normal email. Thanks everyone who keeps sending me messages and hugs. I do appreciate it. Being busy though helps me not eat.
After the binge the other night, I've been doing what I shouldn't and not eating much, bad me.
Today -
B - celery, cucumber, banana slices , coffee
just haven't felt like eating those carbs.
It's not here yet, but I have veggies and fruit packed for lunch.
Dinner - I'm going to a Silpada party. Which means food out and potential stuffing session. Hopefully everything will have meat in it, but my fellow vegetarians know how that means people feel bad they you can't eat everything and then push more food on you.
Send me good thoughs, although I probably won't be back on here until tomorrow,. Good luck everyone.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

Jillian, good for you avoiding the carbs, really hard for us vegetarians. Hopefully the party will have a vege tray for you. You know with the carrots, celery, cucumbers, etc.... I hate it when I go to a party and the only vegetarian food is potato chips. lol. Good luck.

BREAK: V8, sf/ff coco, irish cream, coffee latte
SNACK: 10 raw almonds
LUNCH: stewed beef chunks, string beans
SNACK: banana
DINNER: ground turkey, broc, mushrooms, broth, grape tomatoes, 1/2 cuke, 2T light dressing, 1oz chedder
SNACK: NSA fudgies
