Ok, so not only did I gain the weight back that I lost but added 4 more on. I'm now at 175 lb's!!!! I have NEVER weighed this much in my life. I didn't even weigh this much when I was pregnant! I'm so disgusted with myself. None of my clothes fit. I don't even fit into my sweat pants anymore. I look like I'm pregnant SERIOUSLY! I start fall sememster on Aug. 21st. I NEED to lose weight. Not just because of how ashamed I feel about the way I look but because being this heavy is SO uncomfortable sitting all day in those little desks. My bulge hangs over my tight pants & it hurts really bad. As soon as I go grocery shopping, I think I'm going to jump start my diet the 1st. week or 2 with soup & salads only!!! At least it's healthy & I'll be getting a lot of veggies. Has anybody tried this before? I am so ashamed, I can not believe I gained 60 lb's. That's right, I use to weigh 115 lb's. This is so depressing....

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
