Hi i'm new here. my name is erin. I'm having a serious binge right now. i had lunch at like 2 pm. some corn and crab soup with salad, and i had toast for breakfast. So I did really well for the day so far. Then, at 8pm i had some pasta with tomato sauce, a sensible portion with water. Then about 10 minutes later i wasn't hungry but i didn't feel satisfied so i had a piece of broccoli pizza. Then i wanted something sweet, but i don't even have sweets in the house. So i had oatmeal with brown sugar. now i'm pretty full, but i still feel like i want something else, i would just go to bed, but i'm writing a paper. ugghhhhh. i hate this!
