You sound very self-aware, in that you're watching yourself and being cognizant of what you're doing and thinking. Some people live and move blindly, and they're the ones who really are hard to get through to.

We have a tasting at the end of class and that's like a bite or two of each dish. but it can sometimes be 13 or 14 dishes, before you know you have a full plate in front of you. I usually bring home some food because i don't have a lot of money since i'm a student right now. It does make it harder to eat healthy since it's mostly French cooking. the foods are pretty wholesome since they are made from scratch, with high quality ingredients. But it can still be so fattening! I'v decided to throw away the icecreams but keep the sorbets since they are only made of fruit, gelatin, egg whites, and water
