I'm new here, but it's taken me forever to find a site to help me deal with this. Because honestly, I can't talk to anybody about this. Not that I don't want to (& also for the record I'm pretty hard to shutup about most other things) but I freeze up & get embarassed. I can't talk to my friends,my mom or even my doctor who I've been going to since I was a baby. I made the appointment & I just sat there, sweating & fidgiting while telling half-truths. I've always been overweight, & started sneaking food around even when I was little but in the past year Ive eaten like I never have before. Its like anytime I feel anything, there goes an entire bag of cookies.SO basically, I'm just looking for somebody, anybody who can offer any advice, or at least convince me I'm not completly nuts. :)
