Growing up I've never played any sports and was always more of an "arsty" kid. So I never really got exercise growing up. Even during gym class in high school I'd just kindof stand around and wouldn't feel like participating. Now I'm really trying to start exercising and kindof kick my own ass to get in shape mentally and physically. I'm having a really hard time with this. I feel like I don't have the ability to push myself, or like I don't have the right mindset to want to push through it. Physically I'm fine, I mean it doesn't HURT me to exercise, I just hate it and maybe it's that I'm too lazy to make my body feel that uncomfortable for just a short amount of time. I even go to the gym about four times a week, but I only do really light workouts. So for all you guys who exercise regularly, or even the people that are addicted to exercising, how can I get myself to be one of you?
