Food Addiction Support Group
An individual suffering from a food addiction disorder frequently experiences episodes of uncontrolled eating, or binging, during which they may feel frenzied or out of control. They will eat much more quickly than is normal, and continue to eat even past the point of being uncomfortably full. Binging in this way is generally followed by a period of intense guilt feelings...
baby carrots
apples
beans
fibre cereals
yogurt
nuts
hot drinks (coffee, tea, hot cocoa)
What you are saying is concerning, though. That you want to eat just enough to get rid of the dizziness? That's the other half of food addiction - avoiding food so severely that it becomes your every waking thought.
Plus, it just leads to more binging - if you're just eating enough to make sure you don't feel hunger. That's just another form of restricting. Your body will still be searching out food and nutrients.
Be careful. And try to eat for health and nutrition, not for calories and bare minimum. (And I do understand, sometimes you need to do what you need to do to stop a binge cycle)
