Food Addiction Support Group
An individual suffering from a food addiction disorder frequently experiences episodes of uncontrolled eating, or binging, during which they may feel frenzied or out of control. They will eat much more quickly than is normal, and continue to eat even past the point of being uncomfortably full. Binging in this way is generally followed by a period of intense guilt feelings...
one of the most important lessons i learned in my recovery was realizing this addiction had nothing to do with food. it had everything to do with the void. and, for me, i started making head way when i gave up focusing so much on food and started focusing on me.
I HAD TO LEARN THAT THE ANWSER WAS INSIDE OF ME ALL THE TIME...I JUST COULD NOT HEAR IT WITH MY HEAD IN THE BOTTOM OF A BAG OR A CONTAINER...I AM AWESOME JUST THE WAY I AM!!! AND SO ARE YOU...COEing IS A SYMPTOM NOT THE ISSUE!!!
Prayes for Peace
Respectfully,
