I am the oldest of four daughters and the only one overweight and struggling with food addiction. I know my dad struggles but can't face it the way I finally am! It is so hard to have three beautiful, thin younger sisters. Sometimes just being with them makes me uncomfortable because I am constantly comparing myself to them. I know they each struggle with their own issues such as alcholism, compulsive spending, and commitment phobias. I still think they don't understand what I am going through. I haven't actually used the word food addiction with my family beacause I don't know how they will react. Anyone else feel this way?
