I was wondering if anyone else had this problem? Ive just started working out at home and I actually like it when I actually do it. But when I try to do abdominal excercises, if I do too much I get this awful, can't get up off the floor cramps in my sides under my rib cage. I have gotten these before when I've bent down to pick up something, sometimes while shaving my legs in the shower., etc. Anyone else have these kinds of cramps. I am pretty sure they are from my abdominal muscles being soooooo out of shape.
