Ok so i cognitavly (sorry about the spelling everyone) know how many calories i should have a day. I've been to a diatician, therapist, most every thing you can try. eating "normal" seems beyond my reach. i either over eat, under eat, or eat exactly what i was supose to and binge later. It's almost as tho i'm incabable of eating the right number of calories...especially if i'm paying attention to them. the added attention i'm giving to food, as if i could give it more, almost seems to make it imposible to not binge. or i go to the other extreme...i stop eating unitll i get sick to my stomach or else i get so hungry i binge. so how do i pay attention without paying too much attention and falling into an obsession?
