So I just read an article about how dieting for long periods of time actually slows your metabolism and makes dieters muscle mass decrease!! So it makes it hard to achieve your goals, So I HAVE been HITTING THE GYM HARD!! I mean power walking, and weight liftin machines, and I feel sooo great!! I actually think there is true POWER in DAILY HARD CORE WORKOUTS!! I also started to undrestand all that GREEK LETTERING about saturated fat and trans. fat!! EWW!! That stuff is nasty, BUT reading about what we are supposte to get, in Sodium intake, Salt intake, Good fats, Protien and Meat had helped SOO MUCH, NOW I have real reason not eat that stuff that looks better on the advertisment than it really tastes anyway!! SOOO IF ANYONE WANTS TO SUPPORT ONE ANOTHER IN EXERSCIE AND WELLNESS LET ME KNOW!!

hey! sounds like a good idea! i recently heard that yo-yo dieting without exercise means that your body fat % just goes up and up while your muscle decreases! I normally work out quite alot, but I've had exams this past month and I've been a bit lax with it, but I'm planning on hitting the gym tomorrow & getting right back into it. I'd love an accountability buddy!

I can count 4 times this year when I Went out of my way to make sure a "friend" felt good on their birthday, especially if they got left hanging. Its early in the...
