Food Addiction Support Group
An individual suffering from a food addiction disorder frequently experiences episodes of uncontrolled eating, or binging, during which they may feel frenzied or out of control. They will eat much more quickly than is normal, and continue to eat even past the point of being uncomfortably full. Binging in this way is generally followed by a period of intense guilt feelings...

I just wanted to post day 3 for those of us that are going for no binging until Christmas. And if we make it, mind as well go past that. But we won't think about that until it gets here. One day in our thoughts at a time. And remember, if you mess up, jump back on the wagon and keep going. No one is perfect, mistakes are allowed. I hope everyone is off to a good start today! I messed up my diet plan last night, but I just considered it a free day, instead of getting mad at myself and turning it into an all out binge. So I am back on track with my eating plan today, and no binging as a result of my mess up! Thinking of everyone. Lots of love. ;)

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Good luck for those of you who are behind my time so you still have a while left of your day. Keep Going!!
We will never beat this alone but we sure as hell will beat it together. Loz xx
