Hi...Well, first of all I love to cook and bake- it's one of my favorite hobbies and I really enjoy trying out new recipies and making delicious things for my whole family. The problem is, every time I go into the kitchen to prepare something I end up eating the whole time...a taste of this a bite of that. I think I actually consume more than I put into the meal. Does anyone have any advice on how to stop this nasty habit??? Every time I do this I get extremely depressed and then can't enjoy what I created...ugggg
