Hello all. I thought it might be interesting to see what books people have read that have helped them with their problems. Ive read several self help books and found "stop bingeing-stay in control of your eating" by Lee Janogly quite good as it deals with our problem with a lot of humour and some home truths. Also "fat is a feminist issue" by Susie Orbach is a real eye opener and the mind excercises are great but the advice to eat what your body tells you to eat simply doesnt work with me. My body wants sugar and nothing else!
