i dont know how to have a healthy relationship with food. i try not to eat too much junk food all the time, but it seems like if i just have one cookie, then i always want another one, and then another, until ive eaten like 20. even after i dont want anymore i continue to eat them. other times when i try to restrict myself from eating them, i feel depreived and still end up binging. either way leads to the same result, so i feel like i always loose. i hate not being alowed to have dessert or anything sweet but on the flip side, one portion, even two portions, is never enough to satisfy me. i feel hopeless. i dont know what to do!
